Valentine

This elegant 1.9m Shawl piece is so silky and drapey! This is woven on a warp of thick Lemon…this is my first Lemon warp and I’m totally in love with this fibre. It has a weft of thin Swiss milled Mulberry Silk, in alternating blocks of pooled Magenta/bronze/blush and Blush/Champagne. It’s adorned with loads of little Mulberry silk chain embroidery. And has long, loose hemstitched fringe. This piece is giving me total Valentine’s Day vibes, it’s so lovely.
