This 2m Shawl piece squishy and cozy. It’s woven on a warp of thick Marine Silk (a Merino wool, Mulberry silk and Seacell blend) in calming, light neutrals. Its weft is a thick blend of Mulberry, Tussah and Bourette silks…dyed in pools of Antique Gold, warm Greys, warm Taupe, soft Pink and a light Robin’s egg Blue. It also has blocks of beautifully speckle dyed “M/T/B” in shades of golds and golden browns. This piece is also adorned with loads of Mulberry silk chain embroideries and finished off with Hemstitched, loose fringe. This is the perfect early spring piece and neutral enough to go with anything.
